BEGINNER CLASS

A beginner's class typically serves as an introduction to fundamental techniques and principles. This class is designed for individuals who are new to grappling and want to learn the basics in a safe and supportive environment.

ADVANCED CLASS

The advanced class hgere at grappling070 is tailored for individuals who have already mastered the basics and have a solid understanding of fundamental techniques, principles, and strategies. These classes are intended for experienced practitioners who seek to deepen their knowledge, refine their skills, and explore more complex and advanced techniques.

OPEN-MAT

An "open mat" session in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) refers to a designated time when the academy or gym opens its training space for practitioners to come and train without a formal class structure (So there is no class). During an open mat, students have the freedom to work on their techniques, spar, drill, and engage in rolls (live training sessions) with other practitioners at their own pace and according to their preferences.

ARE BEGINNERS ALLOWED TO JOIN THE ADVANCED CLASS?

At Grappling070 we encourage beginners to participate in our advanced classes alongside experienced practitioners. This unique opportunity allows beginners to train with the best, enabling them to absorb higher-level techniques, strategies, and insights. We believe that by challenging yourself alongside skilled athletes, you can accelerate your learning curve and strive towards becoming the best version of yourself in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
